Easy to make appointment, in and out service, and got in and out in under an hour. Plus they let me know that my tires are good but good be up for new ones the next appointment. It was an easy buying process, but I do have some concerns about service after the sale. I was disappointed when I made a reasonable ask the Monday following the Saturday sale to exchange a cargo ma concerns about service after the sale. I was disappointed when I made a reasonable ask the Monday following the Saturday sale to exchange a cargo mat for a cargo liner and pay the difference in cost and was told no. The mat is still new, but I wanted the liner for the extra protection in the cargo area. So much for trying to keep your customers happy after the sale. More
