My Friday Sep 19 appointment @8am did not go as planned. Asked for shuttle, told it would be 9 to 9:15. At 9:45 it was available. At 11:50 received msg - working to get truck in (4 hours). At 4:30 phone ca Asked for shuttle, told it would be 9 to 9:15. At 9:45 it was available. At 11:50 received msg - working to get truck in (4 hours). At 4:30 phone call stating truck would not be finished today. After stating I was going out of today for the weekend was the work finished. Had coupon for wheel alignment which was not deducted charged $149.99. Also had to return Monday, Sep 22 to have new oil cap replaced. Thanks. RonT More

We were told the truck was ready on Friday, but about half way to the dealership found out it was not. It’s an hour and a half drive for us to the dealership when we found out the truck was not ready we half way to the dealership found out it was not. It’s an hour and a half drive for us to the dealership when we found out the truck was not ready we were about 20 minutes from the dealership and were going to turn around and go back home, but the service manager instead told us to come on up and she got us a loaner vehicle so we would not have make another trip up with our vehicle the next day. Five stars for the effort. It was very much appreciated. More
