Very poor service. My battery charging system and battery saver lights came on and stayed on after Firestone installed a new battery last week. They said I possibly ha My battery charging system and battery saver lights came on and stayed on after Firestone installed a new battery last week. They said I possibly had an electrical problem and should see dealership. My dealership appt was at 7am. I was told mechanics don’t arrive until 8 AM. and it’s $180 just to analyze computer system. What the heck? I called an hour later and was told I needed a new battery. I informed him a SECOND time that a brand new battery was installed last week. He said I will tell the technician. Then I was told, he could not call me because I was on a do not call list. what the heck? I called two more times within the six hours they had my car and was told they did not know what was wrong with it yet. Finally after 7 1/2 hours of having my vehicle , they called me, which previously they said they could not call me and said it was my alternator. And by the way, that’s $1650. It took 7.5 hrs to figure out I needed an alternator?? And ridiculously overcharge me for such service? No thx!!! I walked a mile in 95 degree heat to pick up my vehicle and took it back to Firestone for excellent service and nearly HALF THE COST and HALF THE TIME even after their own testing!! I wasted a whole day and $180 dealing w Ferguson as I was supposed to be on my way to St. Louis after service at Ferguson. I ended up driving til 2am because Ferguson couldn’t get their xxxx together!!! Todd was very robotic and uncaring. I’ll never use Ferguson Buick again.EVER!! There was also another disgruntled patron in the dealership the same time as I! She said they had her car for four hours and couldn’t find what was wrong w it! Sounds like incompetence to me!! More
