I do not feel welcome every time I come in for a oil change. I mentioned for the second time about my tailgate latch was not put back on properly when I had it fixed for a dent. Now they tell me that my change. I mentioned for the second time about my tailgate latch was not put back on properly when I had it fixed for a dent. Now they tell me that my warranty has expired and it will cost me out-of-pocket. But since it’s a 2021 GMC sierra elevation there are no latches available. This seems strange to me since it is a 2021 vehicle. Also, when I told him about the noise Coming from the belt he said there’s nothing he could do about that. I wonder why he could not lease check it out. This is why I rather go get a oil change somewhere else. More
