Sales manager Brad is also an excellent people person. I wish I could say the same about sales manager Jeff, condescending and was not interested in my business. He low balled my trade (2021 Toyota Tacoma with under 12,000 miles). When I told him that was too low he came back with a $5,000 increase saying he made a mistake on type vehicle. (got to wonder if under valuing a Ferguson vehicle by $5,000 would happen). He also told me that my trade would not be a fit for his used car lot. I told him I could not accept his offer on the trade. I expected to continue negotiating as we were close. But he just shrugged and walked away saying nothing!!! After a very bad experience with the sales manager Jeff I returned to the dealership a few days later and Austin introduced me to sales manager Brad. Almost immediately we worked out a deal to purchase a 2022 SIERRA AT4 and a favorable trade of my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. BY THE WAY my trade 2021 TOYOTA TACOMA IS ON THE FERGUSON USED TRUCK LOT AND IS ADVERTISED ONLINE!! Imagine that. Also, the person in the finance office seemed disoriented, he had to check with his supervisor numerous times. He was very pushy with selling extended warranty and was visibly upset when I declined. In fact I had to decline several times. A few bad apples don't always spoil the rest. THANKS TO AUSTIN & BRAD my experience turned out favorably!!! More
