I purchased my vehicle from Ferguson and they provided first oil change. They appeared to be very busy at the time of my appointment, however they took my vehicle in promptly and also fixed a basic recal first oil change. We were not pleased with service department. Part is not available until at least July 14. I realize extenuating circumstances existed, but no loaner car was made available to us. Not acceptable. I realize the car could have been driven, but the wipers did not work properly. That is a safety issue as far as we are concerned. Department was supposed to call us back with options but never did.
