Great experience except for one item. I was pleased with the total experience except for the "hard sell" by the finance man on the extended warranty (or whatever you call it). He went through an extended sales pitch on it even after I told him I was not interested. The sales staff (Greg and the Sales Manager) was attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. The fellow who greeted me and the receptionist were friendly and attentive to me as a customer and directed me to the person (Greg, who I had had several telecons with), with no unneeded conversation. All in all, the vehicle buying experience was a pleasant transaction! More
