Very friendly, quick and easy. I went to the Ferguson GMC dealership to look at a 2020 sierra 1500 that I saw advertised on line. The truck was the exact truck - sticker number as I went to the Ferguson GMC dealership to look at a 2020 sierra 1500 that I saw advertised on line. The truck was the exact truck - sticker number as the one that was listed on line. The price was the same as listed. There was no bait and switch. I was offered a fair trade-in for my vehicle and I bought the truck. This was a very positive, friendly and professional transaction from start to finish. Yes, there were negotiations on both new car and trade values but, in the end, we worked it out and I was quite happy with the end results. Sales manager, John Collins, was a pleasure to work with. The guy that did all the leg work however, was a young man named Gage Burnett. Gage was polite, professional and very respectful. He took time to answer all of my dumb questions and he knew absolutely every feature on my new Sierra. All dealerships should operate like Ferguson Buick/GMC. Thanks! p.s. Although I haven't used the Ferguson Service Department, I'm going to go ahead and give them a 5 start rating just because I don't want the sales folks to get penalized. More

Subpar customer service. Automattically assumed we were buying the car after test driving it and wanted us to sign paperwork without discussing anything about the vehicle. Wasn't even offered a bottle of w buying the car after test driving it and wanted us to sign paperwork without discussing anything about the vehicle. Wasn't even offered a bottle of water the entire time we were there. Of course there were beverages for purchase in a vending machine or a high school gymnasium water fountain was available. We have received leaps and bounds better service at a recent dealership that we visited and bought a vehicle for my husband. I will not be returning to this dealership and will not recommend it to anyone I know. More
