Disappointed in Trade In value I am a no nonsense buyer and tell the dealerships up front that I am buying a new vehicle. In 2014 I bought my 2014 Buick Enclave from Hudiburg Buick I am a no nonsense buyer and tell the dealerships up front that I am buying a new vehicle. In 2014 I bought my 2014 Buick Enclave from Hudiburg Buick since their bottom line beat both Ferguson and Bob Howard dealerships. I don't leverage offers, simple take the best. I made a mistake this time telling Ferguson that I would like to buy from a Norman dealership if possible. I did not get a price better than that offered again by Hudiburg but it was close. Then I received a trade in offer of $11K from Ferguson and said immediately that was too low and was leaving the dealership to go to Hudiburg for an appointment where they were going to value my trade in. Ferguson appraisal said they would raise the offer to $12K if I would buy. I did agree to this since I really did want to buy in Norman, so I didn't get a trade in value from Hudiburg. Bought the 2019 Buick Enclave on Friday and on Monday was told by a friend that my 2014 Buick Enclave was already up for sale for $20,800 "Market Price", then they had a "No Hassle Price" of $17,999, I am disappointed that I wasn't offered a better deal than $12K trade-in (if "Market Price" was $20,800), rather than the dealership making another $4,500 to $5,000 on me. I was wanting to use the service department for all of my maintenance but not sure at this point it would be in my best interest. I buy a new car every 3-4 years and was hoping to find a "Home" dealership to trust. On another note, David Kile was excellent and did everything possible to help me but both the price and trade in was out of his control That is one reason I like to deal with the person who has the authority, in this case it was Jeff Arnold but he said he did the best he could do and let me leave the dealership. I bought a used 2013 GMC Truck I found a nice 2013 GMC truck online at a great price. The truck was available the next day when the sales guy called me. I was able to get financed t I found a nice 2013 GMC truck online at a great price. The truck was available the next day when the sales guy called me. I was able to get financed through one of their lenders. I took the truck for a test drive and it ran fine. I agreed to buy the truck and was able to drive it home. On the way home the a/c started acting up. The next day the check engine light came on. I live in Ada and had to take the truck back to Norman to the service department. I got to drive the truck for 5 days before having to leave it in the service department. I am now waiting to see what the issues are. Ferguson did provide me a loaner vehicle. More

Good Service if you aren't in a rush. Service department was friendly and I have not complaints with the routine maintenance that was performed.
