My appointment was at 10 am for an oil change and routine maintenance check. I arrived at 9:45 am. I pulled my Terrain into the Outer service area and went into the Service area to speak with an advisor. I got Richard. I knew my mileage and all my information it should have been easy To check me in. I had called and asked for a loner when I made my appointment so I could get to a Dr. appointment at 10:45. Richard was so slow and didn’t listen to a thing I said. I told him that I had a Dr. appointment and had a loner reserved for me more than once. At one point Richard walked up towards the sales floor without a word and was gone for at least 10 minutes. He just putted around getting me checked in. He talked to others going in and out, other service advisors customers. I kept reminding him that I needed to go. He told me they’d have my car out quick when I asked about a car again. He didn’t listen to me it was like I was telling him for the first time I needed the loner to get to my Dr. appointment. At 10:35 I told him again that I needed to get done and in a car or I’d be late for my Dr. appointment.. he told me that a loner wasn’t reserved for me. He told me I’d never had a loner with Ferguson and I said yes I had a few times. He kept saying that I hadn’t and that it wasn’t in the computer. I said look if I can’t get a loner I have to take my car and leave , I have a Dr. appointment. He said no problem we have a loner. He wasted all that time talking about not having one reserved and that it wasn’t in the computer that I’d had a loner before and for what reason. Finally he try’s to get someone at about 10:45 to get a car. He putts around again and he has to go get it. At about 10:50 he brings the car to the front. I’m late by 5 minutes now. Now we have to walk around and look at the car to check for scrapes and scratches. I get the keys and get into leave and then he says wait just a minute I‘Ll get you my card, I told him I’d received a text and left. My Dr. appointment was just a few blocks away and I was over 10 minutes late - it embarrassed me to walk in late to a Dr. appointment like I didn’t respect their time. Ferguson Certainly didn’t respect my time. I gave Richard more than enough time to check my car in and give me a loner. One hour and he couldn’t get it done in that time limit. My SUV was supposed to be in and out. I hadn’t heard anything about my car and I called finally at 12:53 to ask about it. The person I talked to said Richard was away from his desk and he’d leave a note for him to call me. No call came...Finally at 1:50 pm I called again. The person who answered wanted to put me on hold but I said no please check and see if my car is ready. It was ready and I had the impression that it had been for some time but no one bothered to contact me. So much for getting my SUV in and out with an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve always been so pleased with the honesty and customer service at Ferguson. I know that Richard isn’t a new employee either. Very disappointed in the service and even worse was safety. I mentioned the way Richard exposed his mouth and nose within a few feet of me and others. There were a few others that were wearing their masks below their noses but no one wore theirs to the degree of Richard. There wasn’t enough room to be spaced 6 feet apart. There isn’t 6 feet from the counter to the back of the glass wall in front of the desks. I was bumped by others going in and out when I was being waited on. The safety in that service center is a farce. I went to use a antibacterial hand sanitizers and it was plugged up. There wasn’t any sanitizing of the counters, pens etc. people were literally on top of each other. The car I borrowed wasn’t wiped down and sanitized and neither was my SUV when it was given back to me. I had to get my own antibacterial wipes and wipe my car down. The whole service area was a coronavirus nightmare. I’d rather go on a subway in NYC. IF I HAD KNOWN THERE WASN'T ANY SANITIZING SAFTEY PRECAUTIONS BEING TAKEN BY FERGUSONS DEALERSHIP I NEVER WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY SUV THERE. On top of no sanitation to get such lousy customer service is ridiculous. I’m sure part of it was that I’m a woman. Richard didn’t even pretend to listen to me and any of my concerns. I was so upset by this fiasco I don’t think I’ll ever bring my vehicle back to Ferguson. I’ve been a long time customer. I’ve bought my last two SUV’s there but it defiantly won’t be my first choice any longer. More

I called before arriving to the service department to see how long my issue would take to resolve and so forth. I was asked to be placed on hold and I said no problem. Once I was off hold I was asked what I how long my issue would take to resolve and so forth. I was asked to be placed on hold and I said no problem. Once I was off hold I was asked what I was calling for. Then I told them and was then rudely asked to hurry up because they had other people on hold. I wrapped up my questions and then said ok I will bring my new vehicle later to get the issue resolve. They didn’t even say ok or ok thank you have a nice day, they simply hung the phone. That’s no way to treat a customer. I decide to make my appointment online and then proceed to arrive to the service department and they fixed my issue. At the dealership I was treated much better, but I cannot believe how the phone call before arriving to the dealership went. You all really need to work on that problem. More
I had a flat tire and my key to take off wheel lock was missing I called Richard and he got my truck in asap and got me fixed up.
