Service writers were all standing at the desk when I pulled in. No one was talking to a customer, one was playing on their cell phone. I waited a few minutes and then went inside and still stood there f pulled in. No one was talking to a customer, one was playing on their cell phone. This is by far the worst example of customer service, not to mention my standard oil change with no other services was $60. More

We were running a little late to the appointment due to traffic. We called and let them know and they said it was no problem. When we got there they quickly got us in. electrical problems continued. Had electrical problems in October 2019, which was not totally solved. Returned vehicle on January 20, 2020, battery ground cable was replaced.
