Ferguson Buick GMC - Service Center

Just ok. My car was fixed. However, I did have a couple of issues. One, my car took two days to finish, and I received a call at 5:05 p.m. Saturday telling me My car was fixed. However, I did have a couple of issues. One, my car took two days to finish, and I received a call at 5:05 p.m. Saturday telling me my car was finished but I would have to wait until Monday to pick it up because they were closing. This is just unacceptable, especially since the car I was loaned was not comparable to my car. I fortunately convinced them to wait 5 minutes until I could get there and get my car. Additionally, I had an oil change when I was there. They did not replace the reminder sticker on my car window. This might feel like a little thing to most people, but I do use that little sticker to plan my service. More

Giod experience Made appointment online. Showed up at my appointment time and checked in within minutes. It took about 30 minutes to get an oil change, tires balanced Made appointment online. I waited in the lounge in a nice chair with free WIFI eating my lunch and worked on my phone. More
