Engine light The check engine light is on again (the 3rd time since Sept 19). We had the truck loaded up to drive on a long weekend trip Friday morning and when I backed out of the garage the light came on. Not confident of the dependability of the truck to make the trip, we had to make other arrangements to travel this past weekend. I tried replying to the text message that was sent while the vehicle was being worked on but got no reply or response. I’ve called the service dept 3 times today, Monday Oct 15. Twice to Richard in Service and once to the manager of the service dept but neither person could be located by the receptionist. Please advise at your earliest convenience. More

Unusual warranty service I had an unusual malfunction on my three month old Sierra PU that kept it from detecting the key. Truck wouldn't start and most of the electrical feat I had an unusual malfunction on my three month old Sierra PU that kept it from detecting the key. Truck wouldn't start and most of the electrical feature wouldn't work. Had it towed to this service center where they provided me with a loaner vehicle and found the cause of the issue and had to order the malfunctioning module. I think it was a challenging diagnostic issue but it was completed very satisfactorily. Completely satisfied. More

Oil change I came in for an oil change and ended up having to have a couple of filters replaced also. Everything went well and was done in a timely matter. The only adverse comment would be that I have scheduled my appointment online a few times and it never shows up on the schedule when I get there. The last time I scheduled through Jennifer via email and it didn't show up on the service center scheduled when Richard looked. What's the point of online scheduling if it doesn't ever show up? That had nothing to do with Richard Underhill. He has always taken care of me and done well everytime. I will just schedule through him from now on. More
