Oil change I came in for an oil change and ended up having to have a couple of filters replaced also. Everything went well and was done in a timely matter. The only adverse comment would be that I have scheduled my appointment online a few times and it never shows up on the schedule when I get there. The last time I scheduled through Jennifer via email and it didn't show up on the service center scheduled when Richard looked. What's the point of online scheduling if it doesn't ever show up? That had nothing to do with Richard Underhill. He has always taken care of me and done well everytime. I will just schedule through him from now on. More

Regular maintenance I liked that I was able to get service on Saturday. It made things so easy to drop off my car and go about my day and then return and go. Very, very disappointing Had an oil change…or so I was told…and tire rotation…or so I was told and supposedly the poly coating and cleaning that was owed to me since it couldn Had an oil change…or so I was told…and tire rotation…or so I was told and supposedly the poly coating and cleaning that was owed to me since it couldn’t be performed at delivery. I say “so I was told” because it is extremely obvious that my Buick was only washed and no coating was ever applied. So it is safe to assume that I was cheated on everything else and they just reset the oil counter. There are drip marks all over the car and the wheels are still dirty. I have pictures. Also, and I would be ashamed to ever deliver a vehicle to a customer with the awful smell that it still has. It looks like someone threw a rag across the dash board and whatever dust or dirt it picked up that was good enough for them. And what the xxxx is that smell. They obviously sprayed something inside my car that was supposed to make it smell clean. You missed the mark. It smells like a community bathroom that was just bleached. This is totally unacceptable. You wasted my time. Thanks. This should be shared with the owner since I'm sure I'm not the first to be treated with this kind of service. I'm sure it will be kept very quiet though. We wouldn't want to hurt anyone's bonus. BTW...This meets your Review Guidelines. More

Very professional and super helpful! Richard is awesome! I can’t say enough about this dealership. From the car buying experience being super easy and not aggressive like other ones to the service center al I can’t say enough about this dealership. From the car buying experience being super easy and not aggressive like other ones to the service center always going above and beyond. I work Monday-Friday, starting before the center opens. They were awesome about taking me back to work during lunch and then picking me back up at 5 to pick up my finished vehicle. All the while treating me as if we were friends and like it’s just another day helping out another fellow man. Thank you Richard and the whole staff. More
