What I was told would take 45 minutes to complete ended up taking nearly 3 hours. I had scheduled this over a week in advance but they didn't have the parts in that were needed to complete my service. No o up taking nearly 3 hours. No one even seemed like it was that big of a deal to them that it took as long as it did. Time is money and this taking over 3 times as long as it was scheduled cost me money. I really expected more of Ferguson and I would have referred people to yall prior to this. To top it off once the work was done no one in the service department even knew how to clear the maintenance code off of my car, I was told we don't know how to do that you can Google it or take it to a Volkswagen dealer. I took it to the Volkswagen dealer they cleared it off within 3 seconds and they will for now on handle the service on my car. Had I been told when I arrived or whenever I scheduled my appointment that you all did not know how to handle my vehicle I would not brought it More

I had a problem with my step boards not engaging intermittently and the service advisor (Preston) found out there was a software update to fix the problem. I brought it in and got a regular oil chan intermittently and the service advisor (Preston) found out there was a software update to fix the problem.
