I had the rear brakes replaced. Afterwards there was a constant squeaking/grinding. Took it back and they said they could’nt figure it out and I should live with it. It took me about an hour but I figured it out myself. The clip holding the brake pad was rubbing the rotor. If they would have spent anytime at all checking it they would have seen the spot it was rubbing. No effort at all. And to tell me to live with it was ridiculous. More

I normally bring the cars in but my wife did this time. She called and made the appointment for the oil change (7:30 AM Monday). She called back later after the computer update failed to let you know this needed to be looked at. Everything at that point seemed fine till she brought the car in. The computer update failure was not on our record. Whoever checked her in said our service guys don't get here till 8:00 and your service advisor Brian doesn't get here till 9:00. Her words "that service department doesn't have a clue what is going on". Her plan was to wait on the car but only after realizing no one was there to work on the car, she called for a ride home. More
