This dealership (prior to this last visit) does not listen to its customers and is very rude and disrespectful and doesn't return your phone calls if it's a negative issue. The ONLY reason I continue t listen to its customers and is very rude and disrespectful and doesn't return your phone calls if it's a negative issue. The ONLY reason I continue to go to this facility is because I bought an oil change package and have to. I called the first time I used the package requesting my money back due to a disrespectful experience and NOBODY would return my messages. Therefore no other work will be done on my vehicle at this place. Poor excuse for a dealership More
