Even though I have taken my car twice for repairs, they did The Customer Service is 100% impeccable with complete respect given to the customer and high level waiting room with ALL of the amenities. It almost had me NOT notice that they did not fix one of the items that I brought my 650i in for. They have amazing customer service and treat their customers with the utmost respect but they will have to improve greatly on actually honoring the time and requests of their customer. They tend to offer more excuses than repairs and that is a waste of my time and influences my next purchase of a luxury car hugely. I hope the service manager gets on top of this as this dealership has a lot to offer. More
