Steve, my sales agent, was great to deal with and gave me one of the best drives that I've ever had. After the purchase, Kenny Russell gave me a great walkthrough of all of the features of my BMW. He hooked up my phone through bluetooth, showed me how to stream music, and walked me through literally all of the configuration menus and explained them all in detail. It was truly a great customer experience. Ferman has definitely guaranteed their position as my BMW dealer! More
