My First BMW Buying Experience What a first class buying experience! I found a couple of certified pre-owns that I was interested in, online, with some amazing pricing! I called the dealership and made an appointment to come in the next day. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and was never sat in a waiting area. KARL and ROBERT went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my trade in options, pricing, etc. Robert walked my through the different features and benefits of the BMW 3-series models. Long story short, I bought a 328i the very next day. KENNY and MARCOS had me in stitches laughing the whole time, a personally helped unload my trade in vehicle and get me settled into my new car. As I was going over the paperwork in Finance with ERIC, they were detailing the entire car for me and getting me a full tank of gas! Eric went over the amazing benefits of BMW, such as key loss protection, rim/tire protection, etc. Overall, a 10 experience. I have an appointment to go back this week, and work one-on-one with Kenny (the BMW Genius) to learn all the tricks of my new ride! More

Professional service from Sales and product genius I had a positive experience with the purchase of my pre-owned BMW. My Sales Advisor, Abe Nieves, was courteous, and had very good product knowledge. I had a positive experience with the purchase of my pre-owned BMW. My Sales Advisor, Abe Nieves, was courteous, and had very good product knowledge. His easy going attitude made buying the car and negotiating the deal less stressful. I will definitely deal with him again should I have the need. The vehicle which I purchased had very sophisticated electronics. My product genius, Kenneth Russell did a great job of explaining the workings of the vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. He even offered to come to my home to set the garage door opener device for me. The only part of the buying experience which was less than positive was the interaction which I had with the business manager. He was pushy and had an arrogant attitude. He seemed disappointed that I was paying cash for the vehicle and proceeded to attempt to give me financial advice. In spite of the business manager experience, however, I would still recommend Ferman due to the superior service I received from Abe and Kenneth. More
