John was more than helpful finding our "diamond" and Steve "It's all you" ! Both were very knowledgeable and great attitudes. I love my BMW and plan to return to Ferman BMW to deal with Steve & John when I decide to upgrade to another car. GPS Problem Resolved! I have had some issues with my default navigation system rerouting me around various locations that I had been to before. I knew where I was going bu I have had some issues with my default navigation system rerouting me around various locations that I had been to before. I knew where I was going but my nav would show me alternate routes that were much longer and out of the way than what I had known. Joe Cleaver in service has always been so helpful during the entire process and kept my up to date with everything. Robert (client advisor) and Kenny (bmw Genius) adjusted settings and worked side by side with Kyle the technician to make sure my navigation system was fixed properly. These guys really know their stuff and although it was a lengthy process, I understand they had to go through the proper channels to remedy the situation, they didn't stop until I was completely satisfied.
