They worked with me on the price of the new car and my trade to get a fair deal, better than what Kelly Blue Book had listed as a fair price and higher price than I expected for my trade in based on Black Book. I was able to get a great price, have the car detailed and papers signed in under 2 hours, finance didn't try to sell a bunch of extras, they simply and cleanly presented out what the options were, explained them and let me make a decision. Buying a car is very stressful. Mr.Venden was probably the only salesman I have ever dealt with that made me feel comfortable, relaxed and trusting. His friendliness and honestly were genuine. He new every inch of the three completely different cars I test drove He answered all the questions clearly without hesitation that I had concerning the quality, features, and financing of a BMW. I could not have asked for better customer service. After the sale he took total control of the delivery of the vehicle. He even made certain I had transportation back to my place of employment when I had to leave the car at BMW for the final detailing. He is an outstanding salesman that I would certainly buy another car from as well as recommend my friends to. In all the times I have had to purchase a car, Mr. Venden truly made this the best experience and least stressful I have ever had.
