Warranty Work Service was timely and Tom was excellent. Still smarting from Chrysler voiding the Lifetime Power Train Warranty on my 2009 Challenger for lack of "o Service was timely and Tom was excellent. Cosmetic Issues Vehicle runs perfectly fine(until now). Just a lot of cosmetic issues you don’t expect a big box dealer to bypass, since that’s the reason most of us use them. Flew from out of state to pick up vehicle. Loose bumper, aftermarket junk side mirror, ripped rubber stripping throughout driver side vehicle door(either owner got locked out or car was being broken into). A lot of scratching due to instrument being used to open alleged locked door. Just leads to a sour taste after purchasing. Vehicle was delivered to me with no floor mats(from a huge dealer with tons of inventory). Finance manager, AJ, was awesome, came in after hours to finalize deal due to flight delay. Wouldn’t work with dealer again, however. If they’re willing to deliver a vehicle with a few cosmetic flaws, hate to see what else is overlooked or shrugged off. More
