When I called back the next day, Tom was able to correct the scheduling and provide an estimate. Once I got to the dealership, everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I told them I was looking at eventually getting a motorcycle. One of the sales staff told me they actually had a bike in the used car area (a beautiful 2017 road king, by the way). I had a good time chatting with the staff and other customers. When the work was done, it actually came in well under the estimate, which was really good news.
