We decided to buy the vehicle after a trial drive. Lots of choices on the lot. We should have gotten financing before going but didn't think that far ahead. Nice facility. Have not experienced service department yet. More

Apparently all wa I scheduled service for vehicle on-line for an 11 AM appointment. On registering I inadvertently checked drop-off rather than wait. Apparently all wait periods were taken. Service writer, Tom Bambard, told me that it would be 12:30 PM before service would be complete. It was my mistake, and replied fine. At noon he informed me that service was complete and that he had made adjustments to work sequence to fit me in. His concern was much appreciated!!! More

CAREFUL doing business Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Ferman Jeep is very crooked. Advertised a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for $46,050 with a $50,885 msrp. Came in next day to look at it and the Wrangler was Ferman Jeep is very crooked. Advertised a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for $46,050 with a $50,885 msrp. Came in next day to look at it and the Wrangler was a week away from even getting there. On top of that they raised price 500 bucks to $46,550. Needless to say I left. Came back a couple days later to see if they would honor original advertisment and to get a bid on my truck and they raised price again back to the msrp of $50,885. LOL, the funny thing is I took a picture with the scanning app on my phone of the worksheet they typed up with the $46,550 price and the managers signature that proves everything I'm saying. Anyone who wants to see the copy I'll email it to you. BTW, you don't wanna ever trade a car in there either. The use an "actual cash value" valuation system designed for the dealers best interest. They won't use the common (trade in value) valuation system we're all familiar with on NADA or Kelly Blue Book sites. Hopefully you all think twice about going there. Definitely do not let anyone elderly in your family go. Monday I am sending the screen shot of their ad, and worksheet to 9 and 13 news with a predatory car sales subject. I'm going to see how the Jeep Manufacturer feels about all this too. STAY AWAY FROM ALL FERMAN DEALERSHIPS. Thanks for reading Yes Ferman has been in contact with me over the Google and FB reviews I posted. Since then he has raised his offer back to the the original low ball lead in price of $46,050 atleast that's what I'm told over the phone. Ferman's giving me an offer of $35,500 for my truck that has an (Average Trade in value) of $39,200 on NADA. So a $3,700 difference between their offer and average trade in. You the dealer are the first ones to show the customer NADA prices on your computer to back up your price on your used vehicles. At the same time I believe in being fair, kind of like expecting dealers to honor their advertised sale price. In all fairness I've always laughed at dealers when they pull up NADA to back up a vehicle price on the lot. Now "Kelly Blue Book" in my experience with the 70+ vehicles I've owned always seemed a little more fair & accurate. When you look up my truck and all the options on KBB you'll find the Excellent (trade in value) of $37,064 and as you already know mine is better than excellent. So with- NADA $39,200 KBB $37,064 (Ferman's offer) $35,500 I'll take $37,500 for trade - Jeep ($46,050 Ferman internet Ad) + $750.00 More
