I do not believe this is representative of all Chrysler dealerships, as I've had great service elsewhere for problems related to the one Ferman wouldn't even look at. I've had a 2 and a half year odyssey with my pacifica. It's still not right, and I still can't get them to properly look at it. These vans are waaaay to expensive to deal with this. More

We were ahead of scheduled drop off but were greeted nicely and worked into rotation. Since we we had another vehicle we just left the truck and went about our shopping. Totally disappointed by the lack of knowledge of sales team. Chrysler did offer a lifetime warranty on all their vehicles which I purchased on all my Challengers.
