I found the vehicle I ultimately purchased on line, before going to the dealership to do a test drive. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by a sales rep, rather than a receptionist as the before going to the dealership to do a test drive. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by a sales rep, rather than a receptionist as the staff had been reduced do to COVID safety measures. The sales rep (George) asked a few questions, and attempted to find the sales rep I had originally started with on line. Upon finding she had already left for the day, George began to help me, even though he was scheduled to leave for the day, He hunted down the vehicle on a different lot, and joined me for the test drive. The vehicle sold itself, and George merely asked if I liked it. No pressure from him, but he was quick with answers to any questions I had in regards to the vehicle. Ultimately, I did decide to pull the trigger, and purchase the vehicle. Throughout the paperwork process George was transparent in regards to what the numerous forms were for. The price for the new vehicle was fair, and I was given a fair trade value for my trade in. The final paperwork was quick, and painless when I met with the sales manager. Overall, the whole experience was low pressure, and about as easy as a high dollar transaction can be. All staff I interacted with were friendly, and helpful. George, and the sales manager went above and beyond for me, as I pulled off the lot at nearly 10:30pm. They seemed happy to stay.
