IF YOU CAN'T FIX THE SIMPLE THINGS HOW CAN ANYONE TRUST YOU ON THE COMPLEX THINGS. Took 21 ford explorer in for recall issues. Told them had new batter also put in by auto zone and thought there was a prob YOU ON THE COMPLEX THINGS. Took 21 ford explorer in for recall issues. Told them had new batter also put in by auto zone and thought there was a problem. Please check it out. Also replace tire sensor. Well the second time i had to bring it back because tire sensor wasn't working still and the battery was giving issues. 3rd time in 4 weeks car back for same issue tell them to check battery again. Heading to a cruise a week later get 15 miles from port car dies. Had it towed to a garage for 240 dollars and the issue. The battery wasn't on correct. So either lazy or incompetent. YOU WOULD BE A FOOL TO LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR. My total bill because they didn't check the batter. 240 for tow. 50 dollars for parking while i went on vacation. 100 dollars for uber, 250 for rental car and 250 for mechanic. So almost 1000 dollars because they couldn't do a simple thing and they had 3 chances. Is small claims court in my future. Very possibly. More

My experience was horrible. Visited there about a year and a half ago. I dealt with their collision center. They are somehow related to GEICO. Completely dissatisfied and extremely disappointed! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. A broken part was identified prior to the close of the sale and a promise was given at tha I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. A broken part was identified prior to the close of the sale and a promise was given at that time from the dealership to fix it under the warranty that they provide. They sent my vehicle to a different dealership to have the part fixed and replaced. My vehicle was inspected by a Ford inspector. I was advised that an answer would be given in 48 hours after the inspection. I am over a month since Last being contacted by service advisors. They will not answer or return my voicemails to give me a status update nor a timeline of when the vehicle can be repaired. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with purchasing through Ferman.
