william pannier saved what could have been a bad experience I came in for my friday morning appointment, and Jeff Vuncannon was assigned as my service advisor. He informed me the work would take days, and they I came in for my friday morning appointment, and Jeff Vuncannon was assigned as my service advisor. He was gruff and short, but I made the appointment for the next monday and jeff called to make sure their was a loaner. next Monday i walk up to jeff, he looks up my info and tells me I am assigned to Cameron Rolon (again he was very short with me, borderline rude). I go to Cameron who looks up my appointment in the system, and says "There is no appointment in the system"....Cameron was great , I chose to make an appointment for the next day, and have one last shot , but to say i was disappointed is an understatement. I come back for the THIRD apointment, and William Pannier was assighned to me. from the start I knew this was gong to be OK. He was fighting a cold, and was still upbeat, and pleasant. He secured me a loaner, and handled everything fantastic.
