No hassle purchase I came to Ferman based on an experience I had with their service department earlier in the year. I had a Miata hardtop convertible that had become impractical and I had read nothing but good reviews on the CX-5 so after browsing their offerings online I went into the dealership on my lunch hour. I gave them my financial and payment parameters, and told them if they could work the numbers trading in my Miata at the payment point I wanted I would come back after work and sign it. They did exactly what I asked and I am now driving a 2016 CX-5 and couldn't be happier with the car or the buying experience. My sales rep was Steve and he was professional and polite throughout the transaction. I would recommend this dealership and will return when I am in the market next time. More
