The friend who was with me highly recommended the CX-5 since he owns one and loves it. All I knew was that I wanted a car with parking sensors, a power liftgate, and light-colored interiors (tan or white). Charlie worked tirelessly to find exactly what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured. At first, I was considering buying, but as we talked, I realized that leasing — which I’ve had for my past three cars — is still the best option for me. Charlie was very supportive and helped me find the perfect solution without pushing me in any direction. In the end, I walked out with a beautiful 2026 CX-5 lease with all the features I wanted (and more!), and to top it all off, he had the car waiting for me with a giant pink bow on it — my favorite color! 💖🎀 It made the whole experience feel extra special. Charlie is also a fellow cat lover, which made the experience even more enjoyable for me - Crazy Cat Lady!. 😊 I highly recommend Charlie, especially if you’re like me and don’t know much about cars. I reached out to Jose Acevedo on May 27, 2025, to address the discrepancies and reiterated my desires to maintain the agreed-upon price. Following this conversation, I visited the dealership on May 29, 2025, accompanied by my mother. Jose greeted us with a casual shout from across the showroom, lacking professionalism. He demanded the vehicle’s milage without explanation, and when I questioned the need for this information, he responded dismissively. Throughout our interaction, he was preoccupied with his phone and exhibited a condescending attitude. When I requested written confirmation of the contract adjustments, Jose refused, becoming argumentative. He belittled my inquiries and dismissed my mother’s concerns. Feeling disrespected, I requested to speak with his manager. At this time, he began shouting and accusing me of being rude. Braxton Simmons, his manager, eventually addressed me and my mother’s concerns. While he provided a corrected form reflecting the adjusted loan amount, his demeanor suggested a desire to expedite our departure rather than solve the issue comprehensively. The experience at Ferman Mazda of Brandon has been disappointing, marked by unprofessional behavior, contractual discrepancies, and lack of accountability. I hope this feedback prompts a review of internal practices to ensure future customers receive the respect and service they deserve, especially when encountering Jose Acevedo. Used their on line trade in value and received a $43k amount. I wanted to purchase a $46K Audi. They quoted me a $5K difference. I countered with a $3k offer. 8 hrs later after many texts to get an answe amount. I wanted to purchase a $46K Audi. They quoted me a $5K difference.
