Best Service Department in Tampa Bay! I have been going to Ferman Volvo for over 7 years and I refuse to take my car anywhere else for service. Although I now live on Harbour Island in Tam I have been going to Ferman Volvo for over 7 years and I refuse to take my car anywhere else for service. Although I now live on Harbour Island in Tampa, I continue to go to Ferman Volvo in Tarpon Springs for any service needed on my C70. I always receive excellent service and treatment. Matt welcomes me by name when I enter the service department and has all of the paperwork organized so I am in and out in a matter of minutes. I have just enough time to grab a cup of complimentary freshly brewed coffee and a delicious doughnut before I am in a loaner car and on my way. The friendly, professional service Matt provides will keep me coming back to Ferman Volvo for years to come! More

The Service Team Rocks while I did have to make three visits before the interior top was fixed to perfection, that was not the service departments fault. Corporate Volvo ha while I did have to make three visits before the interior top was fixed to perfection, that was not the service departments fault. Corporate Volvo had to approve the replacement as it was under warranty and very expensive. But, this happens no matter what car you buy. Matt, my service advisor is simply wonderful and felt bad that I had to come back. His empathy was genuine and welcomed. He is a treasure, making sure he explained to me what was being done to rectify the situation. Anytime I visit the service department for normal maintenance, my car is returned to me in a reasonable amount of time, and always much cleaner then when I brought it in. More
