He explained the out-the-door price up front and made it clear there were no unnecessary add-ons or surprise charges. That transparency immediately earned our trust.John was friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He never pressured us or tried to upsell us into something outside our budget. We originally fell in love with the Honda Civic Sport, and he even let us test drive it, but when we decided the Honda Civic LX was the better financial choice, he completely respected our decision.
