We had an amazing experience with John Marega at Group 1 Honda.My family and I came in looking for a car, and from the moment we arrived, everyone on the lot greeted us and made us feel welcome. We had visited other dealerships before, so I was ready to negotiate and expected a lot of hidden fees. Instead, John was refreshingly honest. He explained the out-the-door price up front and made it clear there were no unnecessary add-ons or surprise charges. That transparency immediately earned our trust.John was friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He never pressured us or tried to upsell us into something outside our budget. We originally fell in love with the Honda Civic Sport, and he even let us test drive it, but when we decided the Honda Civic LX was the better financial choice, he completely respected our decision. He focused on helping us find the right car for our needs instead of trying to sell us the most expensive one. That made all the difference.The buying process took a little while, but that’s to be expected with any dealership because of the paperwork. Throughout the process, we were comfortable. The dealership was clean, had complimentary water and coffee, the crunchy ice that I absolutely love, music playing, and even soccer on the TV. It had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and I never felt rushed or pressured.Because John gave us the information we needed and allowed us to make our own decision, we left feeling confident and excited about our purchase.
