Even though the Toyota Tacoma had been on our radar for a while, the Ridgeline won us over with its better gas mileage, all-wheel drive, and smooth ride—plus, we've been a Honda family for our last four vehicles, so it just felt right. Fernandez Honda made that decision even easier. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we felt welcomed. The vibe was upbeat and friendly, with no pressure—just great conversation and even better music playing in the background. Chris, our salesperson, made the whole process enjoyable. We also traded in our older Accord, and that process was smooth—we got a great value and were very satisfied. The Ridgeline itself was in excellent shape, especially compared to another we saw elsewhere that had more miles, more wear, and a higher price without being certified pre-owned.
