We came in with a known issue that has a recall for Honda pilots. Sadly our VIN wasn’t part of the recall. We had hoped the tech would fix the problem that the recall was having. However he just charged us 3 pilots. Sadly our VIN wasn’t part of the recall. We had hoped the tech would fix the problem that the recall was having. However he just charged us 3000$ to replace the entire infotainment head unit rather than the MOST cable that was talked about in the recall. Now days later we are having the same issue as before and have to waste more time and are 3000$ poorer. Also we have tried calling brain back to setup a discussion on how to fix this going forward and he hasn’t returned any of our calls More
