Fernandez Honda

Just bad experiences for these last 2 weeks with Fernandez Honda. I got an inspection last week and said there was nothing wrong with the suspension (as shown in the picture) then I got an alignm Fernandez Honda. Came back 5 days, got another alignment due to same thing happening again and said “they fixed it”. Went today because SAME REASON and I told them to check the suspension and found out that there was something wrong with the suspension. Just very poor service from this place. They charged me $100 for the first alignment after missing the error the first inspection then now I have to pay so much money to get it fixed? It’s not covered by basic warranty after IMPROPERLY DIAGNOSING my vehicle. This is kind of a relatively new car and has about 20,000 miles on it. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT COME HERE. More
