I had a very mixed experience at this dealership. To start, sales representative Joe Campos was outstanding. I came in late on a Friday evening with absolutely no intention of buying a car. I was simply waiting with my brother-in-law while his vehicle was getting an oil change, as I was also waiting on an oil change at a different dealership down the road. Joe was knowledgeable, never pushy, and genuinely personable. He listened, guided me through the trade-in negotiation, and is the reason this sale happened. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill in the finance department. The finance representative, Joe Ramirez, was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. When I declined additional warranties because they were outside my budget, he made comments that came across as essentially calling me dumb for not wanting to pay more. After that, he completely shut down. During the signing process, he offered no explanations, only saying, “Read it if you want and sign.” There was no attempt to answer questions or maintain professionalism. After the vehicle was washed, plates were being installed, I noticed paint peeling on the rear side panel. Discovering this at the very end of the process was extremely disheartening. To top it off, while we were still in the parking lot dealing with the issue, the finance representative turned off all the lights, leaving us standing in a dark parking lot. To reiterate, the only reason I am leaving a positive review now is because of Joe Campos. He deserves all the praises. More
