I had an outstanding experience at Fernandez Honda, and it was all thanks to Greg Ahr, Senior Service Consultant. My car broke down in the middle of the road, and it was a very stressful situation. From the moment I contacted the dealership, Greg stepped in and went above and beyond. He was extremely honest, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process. What really meant the most to me was that while I was stranded waiting for roadside assistance, Greg personally called me multiple times just to check on me and make sure I was okay. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. He kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. If you’re going to Fernandez Honda for service, ask for Greg Ahr. You’ll be in great hands. Thank you again, Greg! More
Both Keith and JC were very helpful, that is until after the sale. Now about a month after the deal , after many promises we are still waiting. Keith and JC had us sign a “we owe” sheet indicating the agreement for a second key. In addition we were made to pay $499 for the “Fernandez Connect” vehicle theft recovery system despite the vehicle having On Star from GM already. Definitely something we didn’t need however we were told it was “pre-installed”. The only connection I can make is “bait and switch” as NONE of these agreements have been fulfilled. Definitely need to think twice before dealing with this dealership. More
Great experience. ..check in was quick. The Honda representative was courteous and knowledgeable. Waiting room was clean and stocked with coffee, water, and snacks. ..check in was quick. Easy to get an appointment with. Most of the service guys are helpful. Took awhile to finally figure out one issue with my vehicle when it was getting poor gas mileage.
