Mr Robert Jason Perales has always (consistently been about service with me understanding of my time and effort first and foremost. If it is some situation out of his hands to his best, he will efficient about service with me understanding of my time and effort first and foremost. And will consistently close our service order with, “is there anything else I can help with Ms Casas?” And if there isn’t he will remind I can always contact him even sharing that though he may be off the next day but back on such and such date and time Or that I can speak to his manager about any questions or concerns that I may have and he is not available. I share ALL THIS INFO just because it does make me feel appreciated that my business does matter at least to him that is Mr Perales consistent manner of service and I appreciate that because nowadays with each other’s time and effort most of the time you come thru feeling shorted out of our valuable time and effort.
