We bought a new CR-V Hybrid here recently, and we had a fantastic experience. A family member recommended the salesperson Jeanne Mann to us. Jeanne was immediately responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic experience. A family member recommended the salesperson Jeanne Mann to us. Jeanne was immediately responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We told her we would be coming in on a Friday, but we would be under a time constraint due to an obligation that afternoon. I had already test driven another CR-V at a different dealership, so I knew I liked the car and wanted to move forward with one. Jeanne got to work and was able to narrow down vehicles for me and get the majority of the paperwork completed before we even arrived on Friday. When we got there, all we had to do was take the vehicle for a test drive and then sign the paperwork. The finance people (Rema and Don) were also very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. We live in far North San Antonio, but it was worth the drive to Fernandez Honda for a great price and an easy experience. Definitely give Jeanne a call if you’re in the market for a new car! More
