My 2019 CRV's A/C stopped working so we went to Fernandez Honda to get the compressor seal looked at since there was an extended warranty issued, and they'd be able to tell just by looking at it. They gave me a Lyft to work, but I was waiting for 30 mins for them to book me one and I was late to work in the morning. There was very poor/lack of communication that they went ahead with a diagnostic as well as the cost of other services they wanted to do. My husband spent majority of his work day talking to the people at Honda. Then at the end of the day we were told the car would be ready by 4 pm to pick up and I waited until 5:15 pm to get the key back while the car was sitting just outside the lot because I was waiting on the representative. Now we have to take it in again to address the issue because we couldn't keep it overnight with it being out only car to get home and work the next day. Very disappointed in the communication skills, timelines, and competency shown during our appointment. More

My usual Service Advisor Jason was not initially avail. so I was helped by Richard who was terrible! He had bad customer service skills (did not return my on-site text questions) nor did he ask me where I so I was helped by Richard who was terrible!
