He discussed Toyota cars which we were there for Honda which he knew already. My wife never felt acknowledged. When we said we would go somewhere else he was ok with it. We felt he didn't even attempt to try to earn our business and it felt like we were trying to earn his business. When I finally requested Steven he stated that he had more sales than him which was very unprofessional. We have been now dealing with Daniel Alvarez and Steven Garcia. We hope they can salvage us.
