This dealer has provided me with the worst service a customer can ever receive. Some of the examples are: 1. When I leftt my car, I tried to give them enough time for them to find the issue, after a customer can ever receive. Some of the examples are: 1. When I leftt my car, I tried to give them enough time for them to find the issue, after a week without knowing what was going on I decided to calle them and they said the car cant be fixed and Honda is going to contact you when a solution has been found. I was not happy about it but what can you do. Then the person says I will have you car ready I will fill up a tank for the inconvenience. When I went to pick up my car the tank was not fill up. (I have texts to prove this) One of my car keys was not working. It must to been unprogramed. My car has only 7k miles and they can’t fix it after taking it a couple of times. And last but no least they are blaming me for damages on a loaner after the inspection was done at the time I pick up my car. Overall 1- My car was retuned with warning lights. 2- Without the tank of gas. 3- With no follow up calls. 4-With my car key no working. 5-with a claim of damages after I had already picked up my car. Simply stay away. More
