I want to share my unpleasant experience with Fernandez Honda. As a loyal Honda customer, I chose Honda as my first option when shopping for my new vehicle. I purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey Elite, but afte Honda. As a loyal Honda customer, I chose Honda as my first option when shopping for my new vehicle. I purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey Elite, but after a few months, I noticed that the driver's side interior door panel kept coming off. I took the car to Fernandez Honda to have the issue fixed. However, when I returned home, I realized that the driver's side door switch wasn't working properly, and the new panel they installed had numerous scratches on it. Disappointed, I had to make two additional trips to the dealer to have the door switch replaced and the scratched panel fixed. While they apologized for the technician's inexperience, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped for improvement. Later, I brought the car back to the dealer for the Fakra recall. However, upon returning home, I discovered that the panel on the back side had lithium grease smeared all over it. The manager's response was unapologetic, and though he promised to fix the issue, he failed to explain why the quality of workmanship was consistently lacking. I feel frustrated and disappointed with the level of service and attention to detail provided by Fernandez Honda. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and care for my vehicle. I would like to report this experience in the hope that it will lead to improvements in their service and quality control. More
