They check your credit report more times than they say. BE CAREFUL AND BE SURE THEY DON'T HARD INQUIRE MORE TIMES THAN THEY SAY That's a very important fact that make me defuse this company. Credit score is extremely important to manage our economy. So is NOT fair at all that any entity play with you to maximize their sales. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED More

I went into purchase a certified pre-owned Ridgeline they had advertised. But when I got there and I checked the carfax report it showed it had been in an accident. When I brought that to the attention of th had advertised. But when I got there and I checked the carfax report it showed it had been in an accident. When I brought that to the attention of the sales, they said that it's not certified now and they made an error in the posting but that they priced it like it was an accident in the initial posting so they weren't going to give me a better deal. After all day of negotiating, we made an agreement on trade. But it got late and we needed something from my bank proving that I had paid off my vehicle because I had just paid it off a few weeks before. They told me we would finish the deal the next day. The next day, before opening I received a text saying that they had sold the vehicle last night. I hope whoever bought it knows it wasn't certified. It was a complete waste of time on both ends. I had a check for the full amount from my bank with the VIN number to their dealership I gave it to the dealership they had it in their hand..But we decided to do a trade. I told him they could hold the check until we got the deal done like a deposit. It was in their hands. More

Fernandez Honda I had the best experience in leasing a vehicle with Fernandez Honda. I went online and submitted my request through Honda's website and typed one of San Antonio's zip codes. Within minutes Kevin Elias called me about my new car request. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he immediately started working with me. I was doing all my negotiations with him via cell phone. I reside in Corpus Christi and was looking for the best deal. Kevin Elias informed me about a leasing promotion Honda was offering and I was listening because this was in my price range. During the negotiations, I spoke with him very briefly because I was at work and just needed the best deal out there. I had done my homework and knew what vehicle and monthly payments I was was willing to accept. I was amazed by Kevin Elias prompt response. When I showed up to pick the vehicle, all I had to do was sign the paperwork. Everything was ready. I never wasted any time with negotiations and so forth. They were very straight forward. My experience was a breeze. The drive to San Antonio was worth my time and money. The kind of deal Fernandez Honda made me was exceptional. Dead Battery Recently had a dead battery on my 2013 Honda Accord.
