That .01% of the time, well let's say they not only addressed the issue, but also went out of their way when I needed some warranty work done. Hats off and pats on the back to Isabella! She kept me well informed about the status of the claim, what was covered, got me a quote for the dings that weren't covered. Friendly smiling service is not dead, it's alive and well at Fernandez Honda. So yea, I'll totally make the 30 minute drive across town for service. More
