Everyone else at the dealership also fits this culture. The finance manager does a great job talking through the deal and explaining everything very clearly, as well as discussing different options. As it relates to new car delivery, I also appreciate that they take care of all non-factory modifications through their vendor network (clear shield, radar installation, etc.) so you just pick it up once. Then you can contact their service department if anything goes wrong, and they will deal with the vendor directly. Great service. More

First class operation. I have a very limited amount of free time to coordinate buying/trading a car. I made one visit to the dealership. The price was more than competitive and the delivery process was smooth. After driving the car for a few days, I found that because I'm tall, the front visor began to bother me. When I called the dealership to ask for a cure they directed me to the service manager who advised "bring it in any time and we'll modify it for you." Three days later I drove the car to Boardwalk and while I had a cup of coffee they fixed the issued. They didn’t charge me for the repair and the service advisor refused my tip.
