Our experience with Hank Carpenter I have never written a recommendation for a salesperson before but that is because I have never met one who cares more about the needs of his custome I have never written a recommendation for a salesperson before but that is because I have never met one who cares more about the needs of his customer and making them his priority. As soon as we started talking I felt a very comfortable feeling. He is there for you without pressure and does everything he can to make a deal happen for you. After we decided to purchase our car we asked to be able to take it home the same day and Hank made it happen staying with us well beyond closing. I know this dealership must know that Hank Carpenter is an asset in every way from his professionalism and his caring for his customers and making them leave happy and content with their purchase. Great staff! I found Hank to be extremely attentive to my needs. I bought the most expensive car I have ever paid for in my life with site unseen. I do not think I would have been able to do this type of a purchase with any other sales person other than Hank. Hank was very honest and hard working. He took my calls no matter what time it was and made me feel extremely comfortabl. For those of you that have purchased a Ferrari before - you know the feeling.
