Lied to me about being able to cancel a warranty. Then tried to charge me for a CPO inspection that wasn’t done. Does service and doesn’t supply an invoice with a breakdown of parts and labor. Just says “$25,000”. I asked for breakdown. Never received. Sales dept sold me a car and told me it was a 2023 and it turned out to be 2022. About $50k difference. They withheld tens of thousands of dollars from me. I asked for an accounting or a general ledger of all the money that had gone in and out between me and the dealership. They supplied me with a spreadsheet that made no sense and did not tie out. A year later when they sold the dealership to a new owner, they were audited and forced to give me back $$40,000 which they had kept. More
