They did not close off a part so my car leaked oil. It cost me calling someone else to help me out of this issue. Do you have a service contract with us. This is after I have been going there for 5 years. Not sure what the use of a computer is with them.. One would think once you file for service that your name would pop up. But this explains that once they have your sale the care dwindles the closer you get to the fence line. This morning. Again do you have an appointment -- Not sure why I bother going to this place. I was a little nervous about the situation at first because my credit is not so good Wow what can I say! I had such a great experience at fette ford. I was a little nervous about the situation at first because my credit is not so good. That was the first thing I mentioned when I got there and that was the best thing anyone can do. Right away they got the finance director, Charlie La Mantia involved and he has made this the best buying experience I have ever had. He ran my credit and asked how much money I can put down and what can I afford a month as a car payment so we can pick out the car that works best. The bank asked to see my recent pay stub and I needed to show proof of where I live and that was easy to do by pulling up my cell phone bill online. I suggest you bring this information when you go car shopping because it makes it easy when you have it up front. Charlie was very upfront about how the process works, sensitive to my credit problems and did not treat me bad because of some mistakes in life. I am so excited that I left with a new ford fusion and that someone like Charlie took the time to help. I already sent a friend of mine to see if Charlie can help him as well. Thank you Charlie and the whole fette family. More
