The salesman kept us waiting for over 4 hours after having taken away my trade in car. They also continuted to change the cost of the new car with each hour. The salesman seriously mis-stated the coverage and lengh of the warrenty over 10 times when questioned on the details. And lastly they changed the agreed upon finance rate three times, with no explanation as to why. If they hadn't taken my trade in from me before giving me the new car, I would have walked out, but they purposely took my trade in car from me, thus forcing me to wait for 4 hours for them to attempt to scam me out of as much money as possible.
