Nothing special Brought my q50 for the first service since it’s included with the purchase. There is a dealership much closer To our home. Upon arrival not 1 person greeted or came over to me. The other dealership we use, this is my second Infiniti, is much more personable and helpful then my experience with Fette. A free car wash is included and it was sub par. Dirty spots inside and outside. More

Great service at Fette Have had an Infiniti since '97 and with Fette since 2004 and havent had a bad experience in all the years.
